So... let's just start with this reaaaalllly simple image.

In a way, it's sad. In a way, it's hilarious. In a way, it's alarming. My emotions are really mixed right now because the lowest number I hoped was around 60 but this is way worse lmao. Not that I complained too much because I already expect that I would fail. 文字語彙 is just... elusive? What is the correct word... It just felt that there are too many new kanji and vocabularies that really threw me out. 読解 is expected, it was hard. 聴解 made my head spinning because how fast it is. I am really thinking now if it's worth to attempt N1 again or should I just go for N2 next.

The thing is that it shouldn't be that hard IF I actually study. The result above is an absolute raw prowess on my unpolished Japanese comprehension. Yes, I am just cheering up myself. But I believe that it can really work if I put my heart into it. It just that I have a lot of other things to take care of, not mentioning the always creeping dread of unemployment.

I am pretty sure that I'm at least in a "needed" position in my company, but seeing how the world is spinning, how the government just fucked themselves real bad now, and how it gave even more uncertainty to all of us, I am just trying to do whatever to survive while also enjoying life. Can they still coexist?

I think I'll need to craft PIP for myself to tackle down JLPT. This is just sad. I swear at least I should be getting the bare minimum for passing next time. In that sense, let's go for N1 again.

In the mean time, I'll be having an interview. Not a big one, probably just a small talk regarding the position being offered by a recruiter. I mean, it's in Japan, so why not?

After the interview, I was told like... a lot of things. Starting from the perspective from the recruiters about how talent acquisition works in Japan, a comment about my CV is confusing (ouch, but really great insight), and somewhat an advice to better pursue N2 instead of N1. I think I really need to at least have N2 as of right now, and chasing bragging rights is kinda out of the question as for now. I just need to simply admit my defeat that I have a lot of friends that already surpassed me. That is not a bad thing, but it made me feel... bad, of myself.

Anyways, I have added the ever so needed feature for this editor, which is to upload the pasted image to media library without having to open media library. I am really glad and happy that I did the post-processing stack logic. I'm still unsure whether to call that post-processing stack, or queue, or list. Right now it's a list, but since it's processed on FIFO basis, it's a queue, and how it's being shown is like a stack. But in the end, it works! Even the direct upload from pasting from clipboard on the editor also works by just setting defaults. I think that's really great and really make me feel happy. I'll need to attribute having Claude Opus 4.5 on this because it really able to make me focus on what I'm trying to build, rather than thinking about the syntax and logics. Though, I still need to do the self-PIP so that I will not lose the programming skill. Also I still need to research a lot regarding the tech stacks that I'm using.

Next, probably will going to work on the V2 Admin page. I think, while it's been really great on having the V1 Admin really works well, the fact that it's built using Material UI still bugged me in term of how heavy it is. I'm also still stuck at using Quill.js, which is not bad, but I want to know about other alternatives, and currently building one using Slate.js because apparently it has like one of the most versatile system.

On other hand, I want to learn more about react-dnd component and how to actually use it for making composable page builder. You know, something like what is Wordpress' Gutenberg editor, where you have a block-based elements, and having like a capability to insert your own custom elements, adding with the great interactivity that React can deliver, is an interesting thing to attempt.

Anyway, have Vivian. I'm still sad and angry that I didn't manage to get her swimsuit skin.
