It's 11.08 AM. I'm starving. Mostly because I just go to office without any breakfast since I'll need to standby to give assistance, in which I don't know if there is any time. By the time I arrived, the demo is already starting, and I just hope that the senior dev that will going to demo the feature will going to have no problem and whatsoever. It's kinda weird as well since holy damn I'm soloing the entire module's frontend despite being an "associate software engineer". Ain't this is too huge for a mere "associate" to handle? I mean, I believe I'm higher than a mere "associate" already (at least L2), but well, I guess this is what they mean about career ladder and office politics.

But hell, I'm really just someone that likes building stuffs, so initially these politics are not in interest. But it looks like I'll need to pick an interest on this very aspect. After all, it will be the source of my living and the very pillar of my hobbies.

It's 04.20 PM (lmao). Today ended up pretty fast because I'm seeing everyone basically exhausted mentally. Some might also have exhausted physically as well since I've heard one or two got up until 1AM last night just to do debugging. I think that's the "occupational hazard", but it's also why we got big benefits here and there. It's a role with huge power and huge responsibility, so it's natural. I couldn't exactly go to sleep after I arrived back to my room because I felt such a relieve after all those pressure. But it's not to say that I hate it. It's essential for my development.

Anyways, I need to continue picking up the pace for drawing and also fixing one thing or two on the blog. I think for Yuuka bot, I want to show the transaction recap and the account balance ordered by the recently changed account. I think that would increase the visibility. For the Howling Blog, I think the parameters part can be improved a lot. I think adding type: "string" | "number" | "object" field can improve the control, especially for "object" type, I can display/format it as JSON if needed. Maybe also readonly: boolean for disabling edit controls.

I've implemented the parameters page as well into just using the defined types, and I think it's looking good so far. Asked Copilot to also throw in Monaco editor just to make the JSON editing feels like opening VSCode. It's looking good. And also I tried to work on WSL through Zed. Holy shit even in remote desktop setting, Zed is still fast... like... wtf... how. Kinda granted given it's WSL, which is local, but idk why even Next.js is running faster. It really is the fault of Windows for having too many bottlenecks on the I/O part, smh.

Fast forward, it's 2:11 AM in the morning. I think I really had a good rest and managed to draw a thing. Challenged myself a little bit with following a certain drawing, but I think I will need to "derust" myself further. I am really rusty in the term of drawing pose and not mentioning what I just drew was pretty "perspective"-y. At least I got around 2 hours to spend on drawing, which I think is a good start. I hope tomorrow it can continue as to build the habit.
